Unused products purchased directly from Veldform may be returned within 45 days of documented receipt, without giving a reason, provided they are in their original product packaging. The instructions below outline required procedures, return shipping responsibilities, and reimbursement timelines.

45-day refund guarantee

The cancellation and return period covers 45 days starting on the date the parcel was confirmed as delivered. This applies equally to transport damage, factory defects, incorrect items, or discretionary customer returns.

Return conditions

Defective or damaged items: replacement product or complete reimbursement, covering original outbound delivery costs; submit detailed verification photographs with your claim.
Incorrect item received: the correct desk accessory will be dispatched promptly, and return carriage for the incorrect piece will be arranged and paid by us.
Elective returns: the item must remain unused, complete in its original carton with all internal protection and labels intact. You cover the return carriage, and outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be restocked for sanitary reasons are ineligible for return unless defective.

Items that have been personalized, custom-engraved, assembled into permanent desk structures, or desk accessories showing direct user wear or missing original protective inserts cannot be accepted for return under statutory return exceptions.

Return procedure and requirements

Submit a request to [email protected] or call +31 71 3451485 within 45 days of delivery, stating your order reference, the reason for return, and clear photographs in cases of transit damage.
We provide an authorization reference and the delivery address for returns within one working day.
Repack the accessory in its primary container, enclose a slip with your authorization code, and secure the carton.
Dispatch the package to the supplied destination and email the tracking code to us. Retain the postal proof until your reimbursement is settled.

Refunds and processing time

We verify the condition of the parcel within 3 business days of arrival and issue written confirmation. Reimbursement follows the original settlement method: cash-on-delivery payments are remitted via bank transfer to your nominated account, while direct wire transfers return to the issuing account. Banking clearing cycles typically require 1-5 business days.

Exchanges and cancellations

For replacement models, complete the standard return procedure and submit a separate purchase; funds for the returned unit are released upon receipt. Orders may be cancelled without charge prior to handover to the carrier by notifying [email protected] with the order number.
