We mill our components from regional European oak and structural 6063 alloy, applying matte hardwax oils that preserve the genuine tactile grain of timber. Every single component is checked by hand on our Leiden workbenches to confirm surface flatness, edge smoothing, and cork pad alignment before entering inventory. Nothing is packed into a parcel until it sits completely level on a reference granite surface.
